You will find your library account online via TRACpac, a shared catalogue which gives you access to the holdings of 170+ Alberta public libraries. You can search the catalogue, request items, and renew checked out items if you need to keep them longer.

To view the status of your account and request items, you will need your library card barcode number and PIN (usually the last 4 digits of your phone number). Once you're logged in, you will be able to see what you have borrowed, when items are due, the status of your holds, and what is available for pick up.

Your library card also gives you access to TAL Online (The Alberta Library Online), which allows you to do even more! With TAL, you can:

• Search for books, periodicals, and non-print items in 300 Alberta public, academic, and government libraries, and thousands of other libraries worldwide
• E-mail us your request(s)
• Have items shipped to your home library, and sometimes even e-mailed directly to you!
• View and print magazine articles
