Your Account

Your Account is in TRACpac, where you can search the catalogue, request items, and allow you to renew loans before they are overdue. You can view your account with your library card and PIN number, to see what you have borrowed, the due dates, your holds, and anything for pickup. You can also cancel holds.

You can use TRACpac (our home catalogue) to:

• search catalogues of over 150 Alberta public libraries
• use your card number and PIN to check your account
• request items to borrow (holds)
• see what holds are ready for pickup at the library
• cancel holds
• renew your loans before they are overdue

You can use TAL Online (The Alberta Library Online) to:

• search for books, non-print and periodicals in over 280 Alberta Libraries
• email us with your request
• have text-based documents sent to you by email
• view and print magazine articles
