A Public Health Emergency was declared on Wednesday, September 15th, and restrictions implemented starting on Sept 16th & 20th. Libraries are required to follow capacity and operating restrictions, which means that starting today:
1. Capacity restricted to 1/3 fire code occupancy
2. Patrons must be with household members only, or 2 close contacts if they live alone
3. Masks and 2 metre physical distancing required
4. All adult indoor programming is paused
